Federal Indian Law Mr. Upshaw was the Attorney General for the Navajo Nation for approximately two years overseeing a staff of more than twenty attorneys engaged in providing governmental legal services and was personally responsible for leading the Navajo Nation team in renegotiating two major coal leases. |
